Your next month of work is already written up.
Declined jobs, customers who drifted, services that came due. Your shop system logged them all. Cruz answers the phone and follows up by text in your shop's name, then counts what comes back.
Two minutes, no sign-up, made-up details. Or see your own number from a customer list and a declined-jobs export.
Example jobs with typical prices, to show the shape. Real recovered work replaces these once a shop is live.
When the phone rings, it gets answered.
Your techs can't pick up from under a lift, and a caller who hits voicemail usually dials the next shop. The Cruz receptionist answers in English or Spanish, takes the vehicle and the problem in the caller's words, books into your calendar, texts a confirmation only when the caller says yes, and hands the call to a person when it should.
- Answers after hours and during the lunch rush.
- Never quotes a repair price or a diagnosis over the phone.
- Transfers to you, or takes a callback request, when a person is needed.
Talk to Cruz, right here.
A fictional shop. Ask about an oil change, describe a brake noise, or switch to Spanish.
Conversation demo · 5-minute limit. Use made-up details, except your cell number if you want the confirmation text. Bookings go into the demo shop's practice calendar, not a real shop. Starting the demo lets ElevenLabs, the platform Cruz talks through, process your microphone audio. How we handle your details.
Prefer a real call? Phone the demo line: being tested now. Same Cruz, same fictional shop.

The customer didn't leave. The follow-up did. Cruz answers every call, and follows up on every piece of work that walked out the door.
Answers every call
In English or Spanish, around the clock. Takes the vehicle and the problem in the caller's words before anyone at the counter picks up.
Books into your calendar
Offers real open slots, books the one the caller picks, reads it back. Hands off to a person for a breakdown, a car already at the shop, or anyone who asks.
Texts only with a yes
A confirmation goes out only when the caller agrees on the call, from your shop's number, with an opt-out on every message.
Follows up on declined work
The brake job the customer put off in March gets one plain message in your shop's voice, grounded in what was actually written up.
Brings drifted customers back
Customers you haven't seen in a year get a question, not a coupon: is the truck due for anything?
Counts what came back
Each booked appointment is logged against the message that brought it in. You get a weekly report of appointments and dollars, with the list behind every total.
Follow-up that reads like your shop, not a promo.
Each message starts from something true in that customer's own service history, asks a useful question, and lets the shop confirm the booking. You approve the playbook before anything sends.
- Grounded in the customer's real vehicle and history. No guessed mileage, no invented deadlines.
- Customers reply, book or opt out. Your advisors keep working.
- Every booked job is logged with the message that brought it in.
Two numbers you know without looking.
Cars through the shop each week, and roughly how much recommended work each car leaves without. See what "next time" adds up to.
About $436,464 a year in work you already inspected, wrote up and recommended.
An estimate from your two numbers, not a promise of what comes back. The audit reads your own records instead.
Run my own audit →Set up in about a week. Your counter stays the same.
Bring an export
A customer list and a declined-jobs export from your shop system, or a spreadsheet. No new software for your advisors. About an hour of your time, once.
Cruz writes, you approve
A message for each declined job, drifted customer and overdue service, in your shop's voice. You approve the playbook before anything sends.
Booked and counted
Each booked appointment is logged against the message that brought it in. You get a weekly report of appointments and dollars, and the list behind every total.
We're starting in Pomona. No results to show yet.
Cruz is new. We're looking for a few independent shops around Pomona to run it with first. Results go here as they come in, with each shop's permission.
Run it with us first.
A handful of shops near Pomona get the receptionist and the follow-up set up with us in the room, and terms agreed on the walkthrough, not on a pricing page.
- Kickoff in person or on a call, about an hour of your time.
- You approve every playbook before a message sends.
- A weekly report of appointments and dollars, with the list behind it.
- Your numbers published here only with your permission.
Booked appointments, dollars and re-engaged customers, from the shop's own report.
Counted conservatively: only work that was declined or overdue, then booked and completed after a text.
Published only with the shop's permission, with the numbers it agrees with.
One trade at a time, done properly.
BizGuru builds AI assistants for local trades, with the owners who use them in the room. A shop and a spa don't talk the same way, book the same way or follow the same rules, so each assistant is built for its trade before the next one starts.
- Cruz, for auto repair shops. Live now, being set up with the first shops near Pomona.
- Aura, for med spas. Next. The phone answered with care, and patients who drifted or left a treatment plan unfinished followed up in the spa's own voice, on a flat monthly fee, with the consent and privacy rules a spa has to keep.
- Every assistant says it's an assistant, never quotes a price or a medical answer over the phone, and texts only with a yes.
Med spas are next. If you run something else and want an assistant that knows your work, say so on the walkthrough and we'll tell you honestly where you'd sit in line.

Is this going to annoy my customers?
Done right, no. A text about the brakes they already know about isn't spam, it's the shop paying attention. Messages mention their real vehicle and real history, every one has an opt-out, and you approve the tone before anything sends. We never blast your whole list.
Our shop system already has marketing built in. Isn't this the same thing?
Keep it. We check what it already sends so nobody gets the same message twice, then we run the follow-up it doesn't: writing the message for each job, reading the replies, getting the appointment booked and reconciling what actually came back.
How much of my advisors' time does this take?
Very little. Replies that want to book land like any other appointment. Nothing new to learn, no new screen at the counter.
What does setup look like?
One kickoff call. You bring the exports or we set up a simple weekly one, you approve the message playbook, and we start with the backlog already in your system.
Is texting past customers allowed?
Only with permission on file. Service messages go to customers who have agreed to hear from your shop by text, from a number registered in your shop's name, with an opt-out on every message and quiet hours respected. We collect or confirm that permission with you at kickoff. Recognising a past customer's name is not permission by itself.
How do I know the numbers are real?
Every booked job is logged against the message that brought it in, and we count only work that was declined or overdue, then booked and completed after a text. You see the list, not just a total.
What does it cost?
The follow-up is paid per completed job: a job booked after a message and then done in the shop. Nothing completes, nothing owed. The receptionist's price and the founding-shop terms are agreed on the walkthrough, and published here once the first shops are running.
The hard part is done. It's in your records.
You earned these customers. You inspected the cars. You wrote the estimates. All that's missing is the follow-up.

A note from the founder. Cruz is being built with independent shops near Pomona, not from a pitch deck. Get on a call and I'll run your own numbers with you, live, and tell you honestly whether they're worth chasing.
