When you start the Cruz or Aura demo on this site, your microphone audio is processed by ElevenLabs, the platform the assistant talks through, and the words are handled by Anthropic's Claude model. A transcript and a recording of the conversation are kept in our ElevenLabs account so we can improve the assistant. Calls to the demo phone line are handled the same way, over Twilio. If you ask Cruz or Aura for a text confirmation and give a cell number, the name and number you gave are saved in our customer system, run on GoHighLevel, and one practice text is sent from our number; reply STOP to opt out. The Aura demo never asks for health details and its text names only the spa and the time. Practice bookings sit in a demo calendar and are cleared from time to time. Sessions end after five minutes. Use made-up details. To have a transcript removed, contact us below with the date and time of your session.
Your name, shop name and email, and your cell number if you give it. We save these when you start the audit so we can follow up on it. They go into our customer system, run on GoHighLevel.
The files you choose are read in your browser and are not uploaded. If you request a walkthrough with the summary included, we save the numbers shown on screen plus the name and vehicle of the biggest declined job and the name of your most-declined job, so we can prepare. Nothing else from the files leaves your computer.
We text you only if you ticked the box saying we may, and only about your audit and walkthrough. Reply STOP to any text and we stop. Message and data rates may apply.
We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to any list you did not ask for.
