BizGuru, Pomona, California. BizGuru builds AI assistants for local businesses: Cruz for auto repair shops, and Aura, for med spas, next. Questions: jens@bizguru.io or text (949) 543-7518.
The receptionist and the front desk you can talk to on this site work for a fictional shop and a fictional spa. They are there to show how Cruz and Aura sound. Use made-up details. A booking you make with it goes into a practice calendar, not a real shop, and a confirmation text is sent only if you ask for one and give a cell number; reply STOP to any text to stop them. Messages for a person go nowhere in the demo, and nothing either of them says is advice about your vehicle or your health. Starting the demo lets ElevenLabs, the platform it talks through, process your microphone audio; the demo phone line works the same way. A session ends after five minutes. How we handle your details says what we keep.
The audit reads the files you choose in your own browser. Its numbers are estimates from your own records, to show the shape of the opportunity; they are not a promise of what Cruz will recover for your shop.
Nothing on this site is an offer to provide the receptionist or the follow-up. The price, the term and what is included are agreed in writing with each shop, normally at the walkthrough. Until then, nothing is owed by either side. Where a shop runs the follow-up, it approves every message playbook before a message sends, and the messages go out in the shop's name with the shop's permission.
We text you only if you have told us we may, and only about what you asked for. Reply STOP to any text and we stop. Message and data rates may apply.
This site is provided as it is. The example jobs, prices and reports on it are examples, marked as such. What Cruz brings back for a real shop depends on that shop's records, customers and consent on file, and we say so on the walkthrough rather than promise it here.
When these terms change, this page and its date change with them. These terms follow the law of California.
