The front desk that never sighs.
Aura answers your phone with care, books the consult, and follows up on the patients who drifted or left a treatment plan unfinished. In your spa's voice, inside the consent and privacy rules a spa has to keep.
Being built with med spa owners now. One flat monthly fee. Nothing sends until you have approved it.
Great hands. A phone nobody can get to.
The old way
- 9 pm voicemail. She books with the spa that picked up.
- Sculptra, series of three. She came once.
- The membership lapsed. Nobody noticed.
- "Is this normal?" answered by whoever grabbed the phone.
- Your front desk on hold while a patient stands at the desk.
With Aura
- Every call answered, day or night, in English or Spanish.
- Unfinished plans followed up, in your spa's voice.
- Lapsed members asked one kind question, not sent a coupon.
- Medical questions handed to the nurse, with the transcript.
- Your front desk free for the person in front of them.
Your patients didn't leave. Nobody asked them back.
About one in five med spa appointments is a no-show, and most patients say they'd rebook if someone friendly asked. Sources on request.
Two jobs nobody at the desk has time for.
The phone
Answers every call the way you would on a good day. Takes the name, the treatment they're asking about and the day they want, offers real open times, books the one they pick and reads it back. Texts a confirmation only when the patient says yes.
- Around the clock, English and Spanish
- Books into the calendar you already keep
- Anything medical goes to the nurse, with the transcript
The follow-up
The patient who stopped a series at one. The one who hasn't been in since spring. The member who let it lapse. Each gets one plain message in your spa's voice, grounded in their own visits, that asks a useful question and lets you confirm the booking.
- You approve the playbook before anything sends
- Opt-out on every message, quiet hours respected
- A weekly report of appointments, with the list behind it
Talk to the front desk of a spa that doesn't exist.
Glow is a demo spa. Ask about a consult, a treatment you've had, or switch to Spanish. Use made-up details.
Conversation demo · five-minute limit · use made-up details, except your cell number if you want the confirmation text · bookings go to a practice calendar · starting it lets ElevenLabs, the platform Aura talks through, process your microphone audio. How we handle your details.

A walkthrough
Fifteen minutes on a call. Your calendar, your treatments, your voice. An honest answer on whether Aura is worth it for your spa.
Set up with you
One kickoff, about an hour. Hours, providers, services, what Aura may and may not say. You hear it answer before it takes a real call.
You approve, then it runs
Nothing books and nothing sends until you've approved it. Every appointment and every message is logged, and you get the weekly report.
A spa's phone has rules. Aura keeps them.
- Says it's an assistant. Never pretends to be a person.
- Never answers a medical question. The nurse does, with the transcript in hand.
- Texts only with a yes, from a number registered in your spa's name, with an opt-out on every message.
- Patient details stay in your systems. No list is sold, shared or reused.
- Your results are published only with your permission.
Aura and the Aura check on GlowRanked come from the same owner. The check is never for sale.
Why a spa gets its own assistant
A caller asking about a treatment plan and a caller with a check-engine light need different answers, different bookings and different rules about texting them. So BizGuru builds one assistant per trade, with owners in the room. Cruz runs auto repair shops today. Aura is next.
A handful of California med spas, set up first.
Aura is being built with med spa owners now. Founding spas get it set up with us live on a call, on one flat monthly fee, with terms agreed on the walkthrough and kept. You approve every playbook. Your numbers go here only with your permission.
Asked first.
Will it annoy my patients?
Done right, no. A message about the series they started is the spa paying attention, not marketing. Every message names their real visit, every one has an opt-out, and you approve the tone before anything sends. We never blast a list.
Does it give medical advice?
No. Aura never answers a medical question, quotes a result or says whether something is normal. It says the nurse will call, and the nurse gets the transcript.
What about privacy?
Patient details stay inside your own systems, texts go only to patients who have agreed to hear from your spa, and nothing is shared or sold. If your spa needs a signed privacy agreement before anything starts, ask on the walkthrough.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly fee, agreed on the walkthrough. Founding spas keep their terms. Prices are published here once the first spas are running.
When?
Aura is being set up with the first spas now. Ask to be one of them, or ask to hear it on a call first.
Want to hear it on your line?
Fifteen minutes, your calendar on screen, and an honest answer on whether it's worth it for your spa. If it isn't, we'll say so.
A note from the founder. Aura is being built with med spa owners across California, not from a pitch deck. Get on a call and I'll show you what it does on a real call, and tell you honestly whether it fits your spa.
